You are making payment for a vehicle that has been immobilised by Central Motorway Police Group, Staffordshire Police or West Midlands Police service.

Please follow the instructions given to you by the officer who immobilised your vehicle. Only make contact with us for removal of the immobilisation device if you have made payment, have fixed the defect(s) or your drivers’ hours’ prohibition has expired or you have payed your graduated fixed penalty notice. Please telephone 101 quoting the Reference from the immobilisation notice.
