Disclosure of information in connection with family proceedings (initial fee)

In private law proceedings an initial payment of £114.10 must be made in every case in advance of submitting an application for disclosure. This is the minimum charge required to cover the initial intelligence searches and work undertaken. Subsequent charges may be incurred depending on the complexity of the case and the volume of information requested from the Metropolitan Police Service.
